New Law for 2018
The following form must be filled out and signed by each parent and athlete.  This is a new State Law and must be adhered to.  Knowledge of concussions and what to do is very important and a major safety factor.

Pitching Affidavit
The following pitching affidavit must be carried by managers to all games. Not keeping this up to-date and present with team will be grounds for replacement of the manager.
